When is the best time to visit Ndutu?
The strongest time is usually January to March, when wildebeest calving and predator activity make the Southern Serengeti plains especially rewarding. December can also work depending on rainfall and herd movement.
When is the best time to visit Western Serengeti?
The strongest period is usually May to July, when migration movement may pass through the Western Corridor and the Grumeti River area becomes especially important.
How many days do you need in Ruaha National Park?
Three nights is usually the minimum we would recommend for a strong Ruaha experience. Four nights or more is better if you want a slower pace, more areas and better chances to follow wildlife movement.
When is the best time to go on safari in Tanzania?
Tanzania is a year-round destination, but the dry season (June–October) offers the strongest wildlife viewing. Migration timing depends on the Serengeti region and month.
Is Paje or Jambiani better?
It depends on your travel style. Paje is usually more active, with kite-surfing, restaurants and more beach movement. Jambiani often feels quieter, more local and more village-like.
Is Central Serengeti good year-round?
Yes. Central Serengeti is one of the most reliable Serengeti regions because resident wildlife and water sources support strong game viewing in many different months.
Is Arusha worth visiting?
Yes, but mainly as a safari gateway and practical base. It is useful for arrival, rest, briefing, local activities and connecting to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Kilimanjaro or Arusha National Park.
How many days should I plan for Arusha National Park?
A day trip already works well. For a more relaxed pace with walking safari and lake areas, one night nearby can help. For Mount Meru, plan three to four days.
Are budget-friendly safaris possible at Ngorongoro?
Yes. Save mainly through accommodation choice: staying in Karatu with a day trip into the crater is cheaper, while lodges on the crater rim offer more comfort and shorter drives.
How many days do you need in Lake Manyara National Park?
A half-day or full-day game drive can work well for many travellers. One night nearby is useful if you want a more relaxed pace or want to add the Treetop Walk or walking safari.
How many days do you need in Zanzibar?
Three nights can work for a short beach extension, but four to six nights usually feels better after safari. Honeymooners and travellers who want more rest may prefer five to seven nights.
How many days do you need to climb Kilimanjaro?
Most climbs take six to eight days depending on the route. Longer routes usually give more time for acclimatization and can feel better paced than very short options.
